At Oud Aruma, we strive to deliver your luxury perfumes quickly and safely across the UK and internationally.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • United Kingdom (Domestic)
  • Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland
  • International: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, United States

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays)
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships

Delivery Timeframes

UK Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard Delivery: 2-4 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (available at checkout)

European Shipping:

  • Standard Delivery: 5-10 business days
  • Customs clearance may add 1-3 additional days

International Shipping:

  • Standard Delivery: 7-15 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country
  • Order weight and size
  • Selected shipping method

Free Shipping:

  • UK Orders: Free standard shipping on orders over £50
  • International Orders: Free shipping on orders over £100

Order Tracking

  • All orders include tracking information
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
  • Track your order through the carrier's website or your Oud Aruma account

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • UK to EU: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • International: Additional charges may apply depending on your country's regulations
  • These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are the customer's responsibility
  • Contact your local customs office for more information

Shipping Restrictions

Please note:

  • We cannot ship to PO boxes or military addresses
  • Some remote areas may require additional delivery time
  • Perfume products are subject to shipping regulations and may have restrictions in certain countries

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed or lost:

  1. Check the tracking information for updates
  2. Contact the carrier directly for assistance
  3. If the package is lost, contact us at oudaruma@gmail.com within 30 days
  4. We will work with you to resolve the issue (replacement or refund)

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
  2. Contact us immediately at oudaruma@gmail.com
  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund
