RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Oud Aruma, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition as you received it
Important Note for Perfume Products: Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened perfume products. Once a perfume bottle seal is broken or the product has been used, it cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Eligible for Return:
- Unopened perfume bottles with intact seals
- Empty bottles and accessories in original packaging
- Products damaged during shipping (with photographic evidence)
- Wrong items sent by error
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used perfume products
- Products without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at oudaruma@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Include photos if the product is damaged or defective
- Wait for our return authorization email with instructions
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved returns: Refund processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund method: Original payment method
- Shipping costs: Non-refundable unless we made an error or the product is defective
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately with photos
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund
- Return shipping costs will be covered by us
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product:
- Return the original item for a refund
- Place a new order for the desired product
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Oud Aruma is not responsible for items lost in return transit
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
- Contact your bank
